Things you need:

  • Grated ginger- 1 tbsp
  • Frozen ripe banana- 1
  • Frozen blueberries- 1 cup
  • Ground flaxseed- 2 tbsp
  • Baby spinach- ½ cup
  • Ice

Process:

  1. Take 1 cup of frozen blueberries and 1 frozen ripe banana in your blender bowl.
  2. Add 1 tbsp of grated ginger, ½ cup of baby spinach and 2 tbsp of flaxseed powder to it.
  3. Stir it well and blend it properly to make a smooth paste.
  4. Add some ice to it and enjoy your delicious drink!
